Working second shift puts my lunch break around dinner time. This was on my plate today. I actually had two wraps. Collard green wraps with plain hummus, quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and sprouts. I added two slices of a homegrown (my mother in law’s garden) tomato and cucumber slices (from my garden) which had been soaked in vinegar and water for 24 hours.

I will confess that I drank a diet Dr. Pepper with this. I had one today and drank water the rest of the day. I will do better tomorrow.
